Carolina returns to town this Sunday and will be seeking revenge on the Scorpions. Carolina's only losses since June have come at the hands of the Scorpions. Theoretically, Carolina can still come in third place in the NASL and host a first round playoff match. The Scorpions, on the other hand can clinch a first round bye in the playoffs and if combined with a Rowdies loss, would win the NASL regular season title. Will we see a trophy presentation this Saturday? It could happen. Come out and be part of history.

The tailgating starts at 4:00 pm with the Crocketteers tailgate party sponsored by Miller Lite, the official beer of the Crocketteers! Enjoy free hot dogs, hamburgers, Julio’s chips and salsa, water for all. For those age 21 and older can also help themselves to free beer courtesy of the Crocketteers and Miller Lite. Feel free to bring any other tailgate foods or drinks to compliment our party. Our tailgate is located in the Northwest Corner of the STAR Soccer Complex next to the rock wall and the fence near Star field #1. Look for the white Crocketteers Flag. Around 5:45 pm we will begin our march to the Stadium. Game time is 6:00 pm. The Crocketteers will stand on the East side of the stadium in section F better known as “The Garrison”
